When opening a company file, the login screen only asks for Admin password, even though there are multiple users already established.
Intuit recommends two solution to resolve this issue. The first step may resolve this issue. For best result please follow the steps in order shown below.
Use Task Manager to close all QuickBooks processes running on the background.
Note: If you are using the Server/Hosting PC, ensure that all of users are logged out from QuickBooks before you follow the steps shown below.
Tip: You can also open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc.
If the issue still persist, please proceed to solution 2.
