When trying to launch a web page from QuickBooks Desktop you receive one of the following messages:
Internet Explorer settings may need to be configured for QuickBooks Desktop.
This issue has been resolved in the latest release version of your QuickBooks Desktop.
Important: Ensure that your QuickBooks is up to date before you follow the steps shown below.
Close and restart QuickBooks Desktop then attempt to launch the page again. If the issue persist, please proceed to Solution 2.
By clearing these data files, you are deleting all caches stored in your browser that may potentially prevent you from visiting a website. If you are still getting the same issue, please proceed to Solution 3.
