Payroll issues after updating to QuickBooks 2013, R3 or QuickBooks 2012, R11

After updating QuickBooks 2012 or 2013 to the latest release, you may experience one of the following issues:

  • You are unable to access the payroll features even though you currently subscribe to Assisted Payroll.
  • You attempt to send payroll and you receive a file message that indicates that data has lost integrity.
  • You receive a system message indicating that there are transactions to send to the payroll service even though there are no payroll transactions waiting to be sent.
How to fix it

This issue is resolved in the latest release for QuickBooks 2012 and 2013.
