For some issues, Intuit recommends more than one solution. The first solution may solve the problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
You see one of the following errors when you print checks:
Check and if necessary, edit the name of your bank account.
There are several recommended troubleshooting steps for this issue:
Solution 1: Download a current driver.
Solution 2: Setup a Generic/Text Only (G/TO) printer
Solution 3: Use single sheet mode
Switching from continuous print to single sheet mode will enable you to print on your dot matrix printer. However, this will cause the print to skip every other page.
Solution 4: Try a different printer
Try using either a laser or inkjet if you have one.

Solution 2: Clean Uninstall and Re-Install QuickBooks
Edit your checking preferences.
Change the font color set by the printer.
