Column lines disappear after editing template

After editing a Custom Credit Memo template to remove the Company name or another field, the lines to the left and right of each column are missing.

How to fix it

Repair the template so that lines show again for each column. To do this:

  1. Choose the Lists menu > Templates.
  2. Right click the template that is missing column lines and select Edi
  3. t.
  4. Click Additional customization and select the Columns tab.
  5. Uncheck any one of the column checkboxes that show in the Screen or Print sections.
  6. Re-check the same checkbox.
  7. Click OK to close the Additional customization window.
  8. The column lines now show in the Preview section on the right, and will print correctly.
  9. Click OK to close the Basic customization window.
