We're sorry, but it appears that you do not have the most current version of QuickBooks Enterprise

You are trying to sign in to Customer Resource Center to access Training videos but you are getting the error:

We're sorry, but it appears that you do not have the most current version of QuickBooks Enterprise.

The article provides explanations and recommended solutions if you are unable to log in to Customer Resource Center to download your QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (QBES) product or access other QBES specific information.

Why this is happening

You may be unable to access Customer Resource Center for one of the following reasons:

  • Your QBES Subscription or FSP is associated with a different Intuit account than the one you are trying to use.
  • You did not enter the correct User ID or Password for your account.
  • You have not created an Online Account.
  • Your QBES Subscription or FSP is not active (you have not renewed it).
How to fix it

If you know that your QBES Subscription or FSP is active and you have an Intuit online account, but Customer Resource Center does not recognize your User ID and Password:

  1. Go to https://camps.intuit.com/app/selfservice/index.html#signin
  2. Enter your User ID and Password, then click Sign In.
Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, click the Forgot Your User ID or Forgot Your Password link as appropriate, follow the onscreen prompts, and then sign in to your Intuit account.
  3. Check to see what products display in the Products list.
  4.

    Important:
    • If you need to renew your QBES Subscription or FSP, please contact an agent for assistance.
    • If you have an active QBES Subscription or FSP and believe that you do not have an Intuit account, do not attempt to create one.  Please contact an agent for assistance.
