Cannot log in to Customer Resource Center

The article provides explanations and recommended solutions if you are unable to log in to Customer Resource Center to download your QuickBooks Enterprise (QBES) product or access other QBES specific information. 

Why this is happening
  • You can only access Customer Resource Center if you have an active Full Service Plan (FSP) and an Intuit eStore account (sometimes called your Intuit online account).
  • Your login information for the Customer Resource Center site is the same User ID and Password that you use for your Intuit eStore account.
  • You may be unable to access Customer Resource Center for one of the following reasons:
    • Your FSP is associated with a different Intuit eStore account than the one you are trying to use.
    • You did not enter the correct User ID or Password for your eStore account.
    • You have not created an eStore account.
    • Your FSP is not active (you have not renewed it).


  • If you need to renew your FSP, please Contact an agent for assistance.
  • If you have an active FSP and believe that you do not have an eStore account, do not attempt to create one.  Please Contact an agent for assistance.
How to fix it

If you know that your FSP is active and you have an Intuit eStore (or Intuit online) account, but Customer Resource Center does not recognize your User ID and Password:

  1. Go to https://www.intuit.com/login/
  2. Select Download Software.
  3. Enter your User ID and Password, then click Sign In.
    • If you do not remember your User ID or Password, click the Forgot Your User ID or Forgot Your Password link as appropriate, follow the onscreen prompts, and then sign in to your eStore account.
  4. Check to see what products display in the Products list.
