Assets acquired this year report in FAM is not showing the correct assets

 When running the Assets Acquired This Year report in Fixed Asset Manager (FAM), it is missing assets that are showing on the Schedule screen.

How to fix it
  1. Click Asset at the top of the screen.
  2. Click Add Asset.
     
  3. Duplicate the new Asset with the Asset information that is expected to be seen on the report.
  4. Click Reports.
  5. Click Display Report.
     
  6. Under Type select Asset Information Reports.
  7. Select  Assets Acquired This Year.
  8. Choose the appropriate Basis Radio button.
  9. Enter the last day of the year in the Date field for the Asset that was duplicated.
  10. The Asset will show up on the list.
  11. Follow Steps 1-3 for each additional asset that should be showing up on the list.
