Printing or saving the Accountants Changes in PDF results in error

When clicking on View/Export changes for Client the display changes, but when Print or Save as PDF is selected, nothing happens.

This issue may be caused by one of the following:

  • Damaged QBprint file.
  • Damaged PDF converter.
  • Compatibility issue with Internet Explorer 9.
How to fix it

Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.

Solution 1:  Rename QBPrint.qbp.

Solution 2:  Repair PDF Converter.

Solution 3:  Rename the MSHTML file.

  1. Right-click the QuickBooks icon on the desktop or from the Start/Program Files menu and choose Properties.
  2. Click on Open File Location.
  3. Right-click the MSHTML.DLL file or MICROSOFT.MSHTML.DLL (2012 and later) and select Rename.
  4. Rename the file to OLDMSHTML.dll.
  5. Open QuickBooks and try saving the PDF again.

Solution 4:  Uninstall Internet Explorer 11.

Solution 5:  Clean install
