Unable to sign in when setting up Intuit Sync Manager

When setting up Intuit Sync Manager the company file to be synced is not displayed and and the sign in button does nothing when clicked.

Why this is happening

The Sync Manager sign up page has not fully loaded and is inoperative.

This problem can be caused when your computer date is not current.

How to fix it

Change your system date and restart the setup process.

  1. Close the Sync Manager setup window
  2. Close QuickBooks
  3. Correct your system date and time
  4. Restart QuickBooks and log in as the company Admin
  5. Set up Intuit Sync Manager.
