The wrong PDF report is sent when emailing from QuickBooks

When emailing a PDF report from within your QuickBooks software, the report that is generated is different from the one you are attempting to send. This issue occurs in both Webmail and QuickBooks Email configurations, and persists each time you attempt to email a report. 

What you can try now

Clear your Windows Temporary Folder

  1. Open your Windows Temporary Folder:
    • Windows 10/8/7/Vista: Press Windows Key + R to open the Run Dialog, and type %temp% into the dialog box.
  2. Highlight all files in this folder that you would like to delete.
  3. Right-Click on the highlighted file and select Delete.
  4. When prompted to approve the deletion of the files, select Yes.

Attempt to re-send the email and verify that the .PDF report attached is correct.
