Intuit Sync Manager now includes a "kill switch" that can temporarily disable sync for a specific company file. This process is initiated by Intuit Sync Manager (not by a user). While the sync process is suspended, new customer data from the QuickBooks company file cannot be updated to online applications and any changes made in online applications are not updated in the QuickBooks company file.
In rare cases, an internal conflict between QuickBooks and Intuit Sync Manager can cause duplicate data to be uploaded continuously. This can result in performance issues. In a case like this, to prevent performance issues the system will temporarily disable Intuit Sync Manager from syncing any data.
At this time, if Intuit Sync Manager is temporarily disabled for this reason, there is no way to manually restart it. The system will resume Sync remotely when the issue is resolved.
Please try to sync again later.
