Online Banking Download or Web Connect Import is incomplete or missing transactions

Your Online Banking download or Web Connect import is incomplete or missing transactions.

Why this is happening
  1. Your Online banking transactions are in pending or processing... status and not yet cleared for download.
    Note: Verify the status of your missing transactions online. If necessary, contact your Bank or Financial Institution directly.
  2. Your transactions are outside of the maximum date range allowed by your Bank or Financial Institution for download to QuickBooks. The standard range is generally 30, 60 or 90 days in the past.
    Note: For both Direct and Web Connect, verify the maximim date range allowed by your Bank or Financial Institution for download to QuickBooks. For Web Connect, verify the dates selected when downloading. If necessary, contact your Bank or Financial Institution directly.
How to fix it

Manually add/enter the missing transactions in the appropriate account register in QuickBooks Desktop (Checking, Savings, Credit Card, etc.).

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Help (or press F1).
  3. In the Search field, type Enter transactions in registers.
