There was a problem in synchronizing your QuickBooks license data with Intuit. Please try again later.
Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
NOTE: Before you proceed, make sure the time and date settings on your computer are correct.
Solution 1: Make sure your License and Product number were entered correctly. Use the License Look Up Tool for verification.
Solution 2: Rename the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file
Solution 3: Verify that internet connection is working and is not blocked by a firewall.
Solution 4: Correct the security settings in Internet Explorer.
Solution 5: Reset Internet Explorer settings
