While attempting to sync company data with Intuit Sync Manager you get the message There was a problem while uploading your data - Unable to Sync Your Data.
When you click the more info link you see error code 17_7002.
Error Message: There was a problem while uploading your data
Error Catagory: Sync could not be completed.
This error indicates that Intuit Sync Manager settings file is damaged or missing.
NOTE: This error does not indicate that there is damaged or missing data in QuickBooks.
Solution: Repair Intuit SyncManager folder
Note: This directory could be hidden, depending on your folder settings. If you have trouble finding the file, follow these instructions.
Restart Intuit Sync Manager: This step will repair the Sync Manager folder.
