Intuit Sync Manager error code: 5_5539

While performing a data sync with Intuit Sync Manager you receive a message with error code 5_5539.

Error Category: Error during upload

Error Message: Unable to to sync your data.

Why this is happening

Intuit Sync Manager can not determine exact settings to sync your company data.

How to fix it

Solution: Reset Sync Settings

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Company as the Admin.
  2. Select the QuickBooks Help Menu then Manage Data Sync then Reset Intuit Sync Manager.
  3. Sign in when prompted to reset and sync your data.
