Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Solution 1: Use the IDP Cleaner Tool.
Before you run the tool:
If you continue to experience the issue after using the tool, proceed to Solution 2.
Solution 2: Clear Internet Explorer’s cache and temporarily disable your anti-virus software.

Solution 3: Create a New Windows User account
After creating a New Windows User account, set-up IDP again.
