When trying to set up Shipping Manager in Point of Sale or QuickBooks Desktop, you see the following error:
Error: Unable to submit transaction to the UPS server. Please check the internet connection or contact your network administrator (XPost: General Error).
Intuit recommends the following 3 solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all.
Solution 1: Reboot your computer and try again
Solution 2: Try running Point of Sale or QuickBooks as a Windows admin
Solution 3: Try a new Windows admin
