No backup files display in the restore list for Intuit Data Protect

You use Intuit Data Protect and no backup files are show  in the restore list even though the Backup Status indicates a most recent backup date.

How to fix it

Typically this issue is resolved when you update to the latest release of Intuit Data Protect.
