Your subscription is no longer valid when trying to use Intuit Data Protect

When you try to use Intuit Data Protect you receive a message that your subscription is no longer valid.

Why this is happening

This issue can occur if you had a previous subscription, cancelled that subscription, and then purchased a new subscription with the same Intuit account credentials.
