When you try to use Intuit Data Protect you see this message:
Server Error: We'll be right back
Typically, this message appears because the Intuit Data Protect server is unavailable. In that situation, the only option is to try back later.
If you consistently experience this issue and the server is not down, it could be because Intuit Data Protect is being blocked by a proxy server on your computer. A proxy server is often used by companies to provide some level of security through Internet traffic monitoring and content filtering. Most web browsers provide proxy server setup options.
Before performing the following solutions, ensure IDP is on the latest release.
Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Turn off the proxy server
Note: If you do not wish to turn off the proxy server, add the following sites to the Exceptions list for the Proxy settings:
