You see this message:
Intuit Sync Manager error code: 17_2020
A window or dialog box is open in QuickBooks.
To resolve this issue, find and close the open QuickBooks window or dialog box (such as an alert, product information, or preferences), then retry the sync.
Note: If closing QuickBooks window or dialog box did not work, you can try to Reset data sync.
