Error: The font SNFOYE+ArialBold,Bold contains a bad /BBox, when opening an emailed PDF

When opening a PDF that was emailed to a customer, you may see the following error:

The font SNFOYE+ArialBold,Bold contains a bad /BBox

The PDF text is not readable.

Note: The error may mention a different font.

This issue is more common when emailing batches of invoices instead of individual invoices.

How to fix it

Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.             

Important: Ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop is up to date and also your computer meets the recommended sytem requirements before you follow the steps shown below.
