When opening a PDF that was emailed to a customer, you may see the following error:
The font SNFOYE+ArialBold,Bold contains a bad /BBox
The PDF text is not readable.
Note: The error may mention a different font.
This issue is more common when emailing batches of invoices instead of individual invoices.
Intuit recommends more than one solution for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.

If you have emails in the “to be sent” queue, you will need to change the template on each of them.
This issue has been reported in cases where more than 40 invoices are emailed at once. Sending fewer invoices per batch may help resolve this issue.
