You receive a message that your email or password is incorrect when you try to send forms using web mail (Gmail, Yahoo! Mail etc.).
This issue usually occurs if an application installed on your system, usually an anti-virus or security program, is blocking the communication ports that QuickBooks needs in order to send email through these web mail applications.
