The Form You are About to Print Specifies the Font [Font Name (w1)] Which is Not Installed on This System

Printing an Invoice or other sales form and receives the following message:
Intuit Printer Library: The Form You are About to Print Specifies the Font [Font Name (w1)] Which is Not Installed on This System. You May Wish to Install it.
How to fix it
Customize the invoice and verify the fonts listed are the same.
  1. From the Customer menu, select Create Invoice.
  2. Select on the Formatting Menu .
  3. Click on Customize Data Layout.
  4. Click on Basic Customization....
  5. Under change Font for:
    • Select Title, click on Change Font button.
    • Under Font: select a font type if not listed.
    • Click Ok.
  6. Follow the above steps for changing the font for the Company Name, Company Address, Labels, Data, Subtotals Label and Total Labels. (Note: The font type must be the same of each item.)
  7. Click OK at the bottom.
Note:  The invoice should print with no errors.
 
If the Error persists make the damage template inactive and create a new template:
  1. From the List menu, select Templates.
  2. Right click the damaged template and select Make Template Inactive.
  3. Click the Template button at the bottom.
  4. Select New, then Invoice, then click OK.
  5. Customize the invoice to match the original invoice.
    • Go to the Lists menu and then choose Templates.
    • Right click the damaged template and choose Make Template Inactive.
