Credit Card Security Reminder Continues to Appear

Credit Card Security reminder continues to appear even after activating credit card protection and changing passwords for all users.

Solution Description
This problem occurs when QuickBooks users are using a sequential type change to their passwords, i.e. Intuit123, then Intuit456.  The system does not recognize this type of change as a 'new' password.
1.  Change password(s) to something completely different from the previous password.
2.  Ensure password meets all other complex requirements: 
a.  Require a minimum password length of at least seven characters. (8.5.10)
b.  Use passwords containing both numeric and alphabetic characters. (8.5.11)
c.  Do not allow an individual to submit a new password that is the same as any of the last four passwords he or she has used. (8.5.12)
