Additional info tab is missing fields on a Customer Job

When going to the Additional Info tab on a Job the Rep, Preferred Send Method, Tax Code, Tax Item and Resale Number are not available.

How to fix it

These fields are only available with customers. To change these fields in a job, use the following workaround.

Select the Customers menu and select Customer Center.
  1. Position the mouse pointer over the diamond next to the job you want to move until the pointer changes to a four-way arrow.
  2. Hold down the mouse button, drag the diamond as far left as it will go, and release the mouse button. The job name will be aligned left with those of other customers in the list, indicating that the job is now a customer.
  3. Double click on the newly created customer which will open the Edit Customer screen.
  4. Click on the additional info tab and make any desired changes and then click OK.
  5. Once you are done you can change the Customer back to a job by dragging the diamond back to it's previous position.
  6. (Optional) To verify that your changes are still saved, right clicked on the Name header in the Customer Center and select Customize Columns. Add any columns that you edited for the customer job and select OK. This will allow you to view these fields for all your customer jobs in the Customer Center.
