This is caused by a hidden warning box about the Flash version. The version issue that it refers to should not be a problem. All you need to do is get to this message window and click the OK button.
Intuit recommends 2 solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try both to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.

Note: If you receive the message "The version of Flash Player you are trying to install is not the most current version. Please visit http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html for the latest version" click OK and the installation will continue.
