Go to Adobe website to download and install the latest Adobe Reader.
Note: QuickBooks Desktop requires Adobe Reader to be installed to view the Previous Reconciliation Report; even if a full version of Adobe Acrobat is installed, i.e. Adobe Acrobat Standard.
