Printer setup missing or nothing happens when selecting printer setup

When selecting Printer Setup from the file menu nothing happens or a blank window appears.  
This is caused by a damaged QBPrint file or The Print Spooler has stopped functioning or has been disabled.
How to fix it
Important: Ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop is up to date before you follow the steps shown  below.

Note: If the issue persists, select a different default printer for Windows in Printers & Faxes. If this doesn't resolve the problem or if there is not another printer to select, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver (consult an IT professional or support for this printer, if needed).
