Sales by Rep Summary Report Showing Amounts in the No sales rep Row When Customer Are Assigned a Sales Rep

When running a Sales by Rep Summary or Sales by Rep Detail report, amounts and/or transactions are associated with "No sales rep".

Why this is happening
  • The template used at the time of the creation did not contain the Sales Rep field.
  • The transaction does not contain a sales rep or the sales rep was removed.

Note: Even though Sales Rep can be assigned to Customer, it will not be recorded with the transaction unless the field is placed on the template at the time of saving. (The rep field is only available on the Customer and not on the job.)
