Employee Direct Deposit listing report is showing with no information

When viewing the Employee Direct Deposit Listing Report, the report shows no information or you receive an Error: No Employee Data Received From QuickBooks.

Why is this happening
The following are the reasons why you encounter this issue.
  • You have more than one version of QuickBooks Desktop open when exporting data to Excel.
  • The connection between QuickBooks Desktop and Excel is not functioning correctly.
