Unrecoverable Error 13725 48241 in QuickBooks using Symantec Endpoint
when opening QuickBooks or working in the program.
This is a issue with Symantec Endpoint breaking the .TLG (transaction log) file.
To Resolve this issue:
Ensure that system has been
updated to the latest release
If that does not resolve issue, have your IT professional take a look at Symantec Endpoint.
Current workaround is to rename the TLG file, then shut down Endpoint on the server.
the folder that contains your company file.
Find the files with the same file name as your company files but with extension .TLG.
the file and select rename. Add the word OLD at the end of each file name.
QuickBooks again and try to sign in to your company file.
