Validation Code entered but QuickBooks Desktop still shows as inactive.

You may be prompted to activate QuickBooks Desktop again even though you went through the activation process. This is often the result of a damaged installation of QuickBooks.

How to fix it
  1. You will need to perform a Clean uninstall and reinstall of QuickBooks.
  2. Activate QuickBooks one more time
  3. Open the Product Information screen (F2 on your keboard) to verify ACTIVATED displays.
