How to fix it

Important: Ensure QuickBooks is up to date. It is recommended to always restore your backup or portable file directly from a local folder where the QuickBooks file is located. This is to prevent your file from being damaged. If you are restoring from a file server, you may need to copy the file from the file server to a computer with QuickBooks.
