QuickBooks Login Verification, Re-enter Your Password to Verify Your Identity in Company

When opening up QuickBooks, you may see a message saying: "QuickBooks Login Verification, Re-enter your password to verify your identity in company".
How to fix it
If your password does not allow you into the program, then take a close look at the company name in the password screen.  It is possible that QuickBooks is trying to open a different company file than the one you thought is open.
If you try the correct password for the file that is listed in the password screen, then you may need to reset your company file password to get logged in.
