When you choose File > Shipping, Shipping Manager does not load when you select either the FedEx or UPS option.
This is typically caused by a damaged QuickBooks installation. However in some cases it can be caused by a conflict with your anti-virus application.
Solution 1: Disable your anti-virus software
Note: If Shipping Manager works, then you may need to add Shipping Manager (or QuickBooks) to the list of allowed applications for your anti-virus software.
Soluition 2: Repair your QuickBooks installation.
