Unable to print reports or transactions using a wireless printer

When trying to print a document from QuickBooks using a wireless printer, nothing prints.  This can be caused by a printer setting or the spooling settings for the printer.
How to fix it

Change the printer settings to print directly to printer:

  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo+R. The Run dialog box opens.
  2. Enter Control then click OK. The Control Panel window opens.
  3. Locate and Double-click the Devices and Printers.
  4. Right-click on the printer in question, and select Printer Properties.
  5. Select the Advanced tab.
  6. Select Print directly to the printer.
  7. Click Apply, and then click OK. This will save the changes, and return you to the list of printers.
  8. Close the Control Panel windows.
  9. You may now attempt to print from QuickBooks
