Non-admin full access users cannot access the Bank Feeds Center

Users with full access have the ability to open and use the Bank Feeds Center. If such users are denied access or if they cannot perform any actions within the Bank Feeds Center, you may have a damaged user list.

How to fix it

Run basic data damage troubleshooting, then test for the issue. 

If the issue persists, create a new Full Access user :

  1. Log into the QuickBooks file, using the Administrator's User Name and Password.
  2. Go to the Company menu.
  3. Select Setup Users and Passwords, from the drop-down menu.
  4. Now, select Set Up Users. This will open the User List.
  5. Click the Add User button. This will open the Set Up User Password and Access wizard.
  6. Enter a name for the user (this must be different than any existing User Names), and click Next.
  7. What do you want this user to have access to? Select All Areas of QuickBooks, and click Next.
  8. Click Yes to the Warning message.
  9. Click Finish. This closes the wizard, and returns you to the Set Up Users window.
  10. Click Close.
  11. Log out of the file, and log in as the new user.
    • If the new user can access the Bank Feeds Center; delete the old users, and replace them with newly created users.
    • If the new user can't access the Bank Feeds Center; contact Intuit Support, and provide them with the Qbwin.log.
