Debit & Credit Columns missing From Reports in QuickBooks Desktop

When running reports in QuickBooks Desktop, you may notice that the Debits & Credits Columns are missing.  This is because you are not using an Accountant version of QuickBooks (Premier -Accountant edition or Enterprise Solutions - Accountant edition).

Solution Description
To resolve this issue:
  • Open the report in QuickBooks Accountant Edition.
  • Modify the report to show the debits & credits columns.
    • In the report, click Customize Report, then under the Display tab, choose the Debit and Credit columns.
