Running the reboot.bat file re-registers QuickBooks-related .DLL and .OCX files in Microsoft Windows. If you are still getting the same issue after running reboot.bat, please proceed to solution 2.
By repairing your QuickBooks Desktop installation, you are replacing all damaged QuickBooks components.
By performing clean installation of QuickBooks Desktop, you are reinstalling QuickBooks on a brand new folder but in the same default location.
