When importing a statement from American Express by Web connect or Direct Connect, the following error message is displayed intermittently:

This issue occurs intermittently. Try downloading and importing the statement again when encountering the error.
If using Web Connect, save the .qbo file to the Desktop on the PC, and then import the .qbo file. Ensure the online account access is disabled first.
