Memorized transactions are not automatically entering

Memorized transactions are set up to automatically enter but none of them are posting when they are scheduled.  There is no error message that comes up.

How to fix it
  1. From the Lists menu, select Memorized Transaction List.
  2. Find the transaction that is not being entered automatically, right click on it and select Edit Memorized Transaction.
  3. In the Schedule Memorized Transaction window find the Number Remaining field and remove the zero from that field.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for any other affected Memorized Transactions.
  6. From the File menu, select Close Company/Logoff. Reopen the Company. Message saying transactions have been entered should appear.
When setting up Memorized Transactions the Number Remaining field is telling QuickBooks Desktop how many more of this transaction you want entered, if there is a zero in that field, QuickBooks Desktop thinks there are no more to be entered and therefore won't Automatically Enter the transaction.
