Error: Page cannot be displayed when selecting previous reconciliation report

When trying to bring up a previous reconciliation report, receive pop up that says:

 Page Cannot be Displayed.

How to fix it
 If Adobe Acrobat is installed:
  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Open Adobe Acrobat.
  3. Select the Edit menu and select Preferences.
  4. In the left pane of the Preferences window, select Internet.
  5. Clear the Display PDF in Browser check box - if box is unchecked, check the box.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Re-open QuickBooks and run the previous reconciliation report.
If the above steps didn't work:
  1. Go to Reports > Banking > Previous Reconciliation.
  2. Highlight the report you would like to open.
  3. Hold down the Ctrl key then click the Display button.
  4. It should ask if you would like to Open or Save, choose to Open.
  5. The reconciliation report should now be open.
