Inactive customers showing on the Profit and Loss by Job report

When viewing a Profit and Loss by Job report, inactive customers/jobs are being appearing in the report.
Why this is happening

By default, this report is filtered to include inactive Customer:Jobs.

How to fix it

Modify the report to exclude inactive Customer:Jobs.

  1. Click the Modify Report button in the upper left corner of the Profit and Loss by Job report.
  2. Set the dates for your report.
  3. In the upper section of the Modify Report window click on the Filters tab.
  4. On the right side of the Modify Report window, in the Current Filter Choices area, select Name.
  5. In the upper central area under Name, select the drop-down button to the right of All customers/jobs and select Multiple Names.
  6. In the Select Name window, select the Manual radio button.
  7. Select each Customer Name so it has a check next to it.
  8. Click OK.
  9. At the bottom of the Modify Report window, click OK.
