When viewing a report in QuickBooks Desktop, the columns won't resize or the QuickZoom feature doesn't work.
The QuickZoom feature may not work if the double click speed on your mouse is set to high. To test for this, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the focus to the number you want to QuickZoom:
When the triangles are on either side of the amount you want to QuickZoom, press the Enter key. If the report opens check your mouse settings:
