When you make a change, there is a problem connecting to the company file, and the change is not made.
Most likely, a problem occurs when your copy of QuickBooks is trying to connect to QuickBooks Server, so the change isn’t made.
On the computer running QuickBooks Server, be sure the company file is being shared. On your computer, open the shared file again and try making the change.
If you’re still seeing the problem, call Intuit Customer Care and tell the agent you are seeing the error “TalkingStickVersionOutOfDateError.”
