In multi-user mode, your computer has become unsynchronized with QuickBooks Server

When you make a change, there is a problem in connecting to the company file and the change is not made.

Why this is happening

Most likely, QuickBooks on your computer became unsynchronized with the QuickBooks Server. This is usually caused by a problem on your network.

How to fix it

If you're connected using wifi, try using an Ethernet connection, or check the wifi router.

If you’re still seeing the problem, call Intuit Customer Care and tell the agent you are seeing the error “TalkingStickFileSyncError.”
