Printed or exported reports show duplicated transaction details or totally blank

When you print or export a report with the Ship To City, Ship To Address 1, Ship to Address 2, or Ship to State column added, transaction details are duplicated and hundreds of pages are created.

Alternatively, you may see this error message:

Unrecoverable error 15145 55634 (Not enough memory to complete)

What you can try now

The best solution is remove all the Ship To columns to your report. However, if you require this information, use the following temporary solution.

Solution: Add a custom field to the report before printing or exporting
Estimated time: 10 minutes

Note: If you do not have any existing custom fields you will need to create one; start with step 1. If you do already have a custom field, you can simply use that. In that case, skip to step 5.

  1. From the Customer Center highlight any customer name and click Edit Customer.
  2. Click the Additional Info tab and then click Define Fields.
  3. Enter any single character into the label field and select the Cust column.
  4. Click OK to save the custom field. Click OK again to close the Edit Customer screen. You do not need to enter any data in the Customer record.
  5. Use the custom field on your report: Click Modify Report,select the custom field, and then click OK.
  6. (Optional) Move the custom field to the far right column so it doesn't interfere with your report data: Place your pointer over the column header. When the magnifying glass becomes a hand, right-click and drag the column to the desired position.

You should now be able to print or export the report with the correct number of pages.
