Logged-in users are not listed in the QuickBooks Database Manager

You are unable to see all the users who are logged into the QuickBooks company file in the Database Server tab of the QuickBooks Database Manager application on the server.

Why this is happening

The cause of this problem is currently unknown. In some cases, it may be caused by a damaged installation of the Database Manager.

How to fix it

Intuit is aware of this issue. There is no resolution at this time. Should this status change, additional information will be made available.

If all QuickBooks users are able to log into the company file without errors there is no reason to be concerned if the logged-in users are not showing in Database Server tab.
