You are unable to see all the users who are logged into the QuickBooks company file in the Database Server tab of the QuickBooks Database Manager application on the server.
The cause of this problem is currently unknown. In some cases, it may be caused by a damaged installation of the Database Manager.
Intuit is aware of this issue. There is no resolution at this time. Should this status change, additional information will be made available.
If all QuickBooks users are able to log into the company file without errors there is no reason to be concerned if the logged-in users are not showing in Database Server tab.
To resolve this issue, you can try the following:
If you have QuickBooks installed on the main computer or server where the file resides, check and compare the path location of your QuickBooks file from the file listed in the Database Server Manager.
Perform the following steps to check file location in QuickBooks and Database Server Manager:
If they have the same file location and still getting the same issue, please proceed to solution 2.
The recommended setup is only one computer (where the file resides), is hosting your QuickBooks file(s). Ensure that none from your workstations are not hosting your QuickBooks file(s).
Perform the following steps on all of your workstations
If the issue persist, please proceed to solution 3.
Note: Ensure that no one is signed in to your QuickBooks file(s), have them sign out first before you perform these steps.
Perform clean installation of Database Server and then rescan your QuickBooks file(s).
