Nothing happens when clicking View/Export Changes for Client

In an Accountant's copy, when clicking on the View/Export Changes for Client option, nothing happens. QuickBooks acts as if nothing was clicked. There is no hourglass.

Why this is happening

Your Windows Profile has become corrupted.
